FIRST Magazine (Forum For Decision Makers), or FIRST is a multi-disciplinary international affairs organisation based in London. The company was founded in 1984 and aims to promote communications between leaders in industry, finance and government worldwide and to promote strategic dialogue. The company operates in international publishing, event and award organisation. In 2011, FIRST published "Britain's Foreign Policy – A new approach in a networked world".〔 In 2015 FIRST published 'Leadership Perspectives' and 'South to the Great Steppe'.

In 2009 the book ''Responsible Capitalism: Essays on Morality, Ethics and Business'', edited by Lord Cormack and Rupert Goodman was published.
